1. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click “Did you get another access code?” under the main menu “Login.” You can enter up to five access codes at the same time, giving you access to all available photos.
You can combine orders to save on shipping; however, photo packages (both digital and print) are priced per athlete.

2. I received an access card with an access code. How can I order my photos?
If you received an access card with a personal access code, go to the “Login” page, enter your access code, and click “Open Album.”

3. I received an email with login information. How can I order photos?
After placing an order or registering with the online shop, you will receive an email with your login credentials. Use your email address and password under “Customer Login” to access your personal gallery, place orders, and check order status.

4. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link in your order confirmation email.
Alternatively, log in using your email and password and view your order details under “My Account.”

5. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on payment confirmation, the products ordered, and the selected delivery method. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
If it has been a while since you placed your order, feel free to reach out and we can check tracking (if available).

6. Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?
Yes! The watermark is only used to protect images from unauthorized downloading and will be removed from all purchased photos.

7. What is the quality of the prints, posters, and other products?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us—we are dedicated to your satisfaction.

8. Can I crop the images?
Yes. Cropping is available in the shopping cart. When you crop an image, an enlargement of the selected area is created.
Look for the star indicators, which show whether the image resolution is sufficient for your selected size.

9. I rarely order online. How can I order my photos?
Select a photo from your album and click “Order Photo.” Choose your product, select the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’ve added all desired items, click “Cart” in the top-right corner and follow the checkout instructions.
